                      Net Asset Value at 30th April 2013

Pantheon International Participations PLC ("PIP") announces an unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share at 30th April 2013 of 1,272.8p, a decrease of 1.6% from the NAV per share at 31st March 2013 . The majority of this movement reflects negative foreign exchange movements as PIP received little new valuation information in the month.

PIP's valuation policy for private equity funds is based on the latest valuations reported by the managers of the funds in which PIP has holdings. In the case of PIP's valuation at 30th April 2013 , the majority of reported valuations (accounting for circa 83% by value) are dated 31st December 2012 .

At 30th April 2013 , PIP's private equity assets stood at £800m, whilst cash balances were £74m. Undrawn commitments to investments stood at £186m at 30th April 2013 , calculated using exchange rates at that date. In addition, the Company's multi-currency revolving credit facility agreement, comprising an US$82m facility and a €57m facility, remained completely undrawn.

PIP's portfolio generated a net £9.3m of cash during the month, with distributions of £11.7m relative to £2.4m of calls from existing commitments to private equity funds.

PIP completed two secondary investments during the month, comprising a £9.9m commitment to a US mid-market buyout fund, which was approximately 80% funded at completion, and a £9.8m commitment to a buyout fund based in Latin America which was approximately 70% funded at completion.

During the month, PIP invested £1.3m in share buybacks, acquiring 130,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1,033p. This price represented a 20% discount to the NAV per share at 31st March 2013 .
