The Company announces that on 2 February 2012 it purchased in the market 230,000 ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 652.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 36,666,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
