Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R the Company announces that it has been informed by Sir Laurie Magnus that JP Morgan Multi-Asset Trust plc, a company where he was appointed a Director on 19 December 2017, has today been listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
