Pantheon completes succession plan for PIP

The Board of Pantheon International Plc ("PIP") announces that Helen Steers MBE, Partner at Pantheon and co-lead manager of PIP, will retire at the end of 2025. Following a long and distinguished career of more than three decades working in private markets, and 21 years at the firm, Helen will step down from her responsibilities as part of PIP's planned succession process.

PIP will continue to be managed by Charlotte Morris, a 19-year veteran of Pantheon and co-lead manager alongside Helen since June 2024. Charlotte is a Partner in Pantheon's Global Secondaries team, which is part of the firm's broader 73 person Global Private Equity Team. She is also a member of the firm's Secondaries Investment and Sustainability Oversight Committees. With her broad expertise across private equity investing globally, and the increasing focus in private markets on secondaries, PIP shareholders will benefit from Charlotte's experience in this growing segment of the market.

Charlotte will also continue to work closely alongside an experienced, dedicated team of professionals that oversees the day-to-day management of PIP, while also benefitting from the resources provided by the wider Pantheon platform of 131 investment professionals globally (as at 31 May 2025). In addition to leveraging Pantheon's broader investment expertise, PIP's strategic sustainability and marketing approach is supported by Eimear Palmer, Pantheon's Head of Sustainability, and Brett Perryman, the firm's Global Head of Marketing and Communications.

John Singer CBE, Chair of PIP said: "The Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Helen for her exceptional contribution to PIP and the wider Pantheon business over the last two decades and we wish her all the best in her forthcoming retirement. We look forward to continuing to work with Charlotte and the wider Pantheon team as we implement the final stage of our three-step strategic programme for PIP."

Helen Steers MBE, Co-manager of PIP said: "It has been an absolute privilege to manage PIP and serve its shareholders. Charlotte is an exceptional investor and will continue to manage the Company with the same discipline, thoughtfulness, values and long-term focus that have defined PIP's approach over the years. I would like to thank the Board and the entire Pantheon team for all their support and look forward to my retirement later this year."
